We have two ARLO systems.  One system is on my account with 5 Pro2 cameras with a VBM4000 hub and my iPhone is a 13pro and everything works fine  the other system is 4 Pro2 cameras with a VBM3500 hub.  I cannot get it back operating correctly after replacing my WiFi router.  I have followed the instructions for doing factory resets and unplugging it and followed all step to reconnect it.  The hub has three LED's which will show Green for power (top LED) and Green for internet (middle LED which blinks on and off) and solid Amber for the (bottom LED)  I place my wife's iPhone 13 Pro Max 12" away and go through the "add device procedure" which takes 4 or 5 minutes only to tell me "device not found" .  I tried my iPhone using her email and password only to get the same results.  I'm at witts end thinking of replace the entire system with another brand.  It would be much simpler if ARLO would allow more than 5 cameras on a hub/account.

If you’re now using the new app with the feed page, just be aware of the single location single account limitations.

Btw the phone directly connects to the local network wifi router not the arlo base station. Also you cannot add devices if the phone is remote or using cellular network.

Have you tried using a pc web browser connected to the local network router, my.arlo.com to readd the Base station, ensure that the base has been removed from the my devices list under settings before you try adding again.
