I am still seeking assistance. I implemented a VPN. Several weeks later, my Arlo Pro 2 was suddenly unreachable through 2 step verification. I created a new account, and resynced everything from scratch and all was fine, until I turned on the 2 step verification.
I cannot reach technical support, as the phone lines either refer to an APP (which I don't use, but installed on my phone and cannot be accessed without 2 step verification), cannot get a life person through chat, and am basically SOL. I have $2000.00 in this system because I have a stalker, who had already hacked into this system multiple times. I need someone to contact me so I can figure out how to get this system up and running. I have contacted the FTC, the NY Attorney General, and will be contacting an attorney next. I bought this system with lifetime support for Arlo problems. This is an Arlo problem if 2 step verification will not work.

It would seem that your VPN is the issue. Disable it as a test.
