Image all of a sudden changed and shows wall of house and distorted?

My picture all of a sudden changed. The camera is looking in the right direction but the video feed shows me the wall of the house while the camera is pointing down and it’s distorted . Happened all of a sudden. How to fix?

The distortion seems due to being zoomed in and/or a poor signal between the camera and base. Check Settings, My Devices, your camera, Video Settings for a pinch zoom in the image presented there. Also, physically verify the proper positioning since a bird or squirrel may have rotated it.

1. When I check signal, I have full bars and it’s actually the closest of all my cameras to my WiFi station.
2. Regarding zoom.. I can only increase the zoom from its current state and can’t reduce the picture.,
3. the camera is pointing in the right direction (down and straight) but the picture is showing (up to the left). Please advise

Have you tried rebooting the camera (removing the battery and reinserting it)?
