Possibly got the wrong charging cord with my refurbished set? Does not fit?

It looks as though I may have been sent the wrong charging cord with my refurbished set. The plug does not seem to fit in the camera port. Any suggestions? will a generic charger work?

A generic charger ought to work (certainly worth a try).  Do you have the Arlo USB cable?  Some cables have trouble fitting into the camera slot.
