I recharged all batteries and none of the camera’s are recording. Please advice

Try to disconnect the USB cable and pull the battery. Basically cut all power to force a cold reboot.
I had issues with my cameras that have been running for many months on charging cables. They stopped push notifications and would not save clips. Customer service instructed me to "swap batteries" to fix the issue. At first, I thought it's BS until I figured out what they really meant was to power cycle the cameras. Once I've done that, all cameras are back to life. So now I'm probably going to reboot them every 3 months or so. Sounds like some sort of memory leak ...
