I noticed at times I'll get notifications for movements but sometimes recordings don't show up

Over the duration of owning my security cameras I have noticed at times I’ll get notifications for movement, but some times the recordings for them don’t show up in my library, is there a reason for this?

Hey Saraho,

Are you able to see your past recordings on the web client on your computer? Try testing with the default "Armed" mode to see if recordings come through after motion is detected from your camera.
