I’m unable to re sync my camera. Does the actual camera have a reset button

The Pro2 cameras do not have a reset button, I have read that some of the later Pro models do.

To RESET the Pro/Pro2 cameras is a removal of the battery for 10 secs...

Hi 213cosme,

What issues are you exactly having where you're not able to re-sync your cameras? Are your cameras showing offline?

I let battery die, when I replaced it, it wasn’t coming up on my panel. I removed camera from the panel and tried to sync it and no blue syncing light would come on. The only time the blue light would come on was when I would replace the battery

Did you replace it with a charged battery?

If you have a Pro or Pro 2, then you could try this: https://kb.arlo.com/000052305/My-Arlo-Pro-or-Arlo-Pro-2-battery-is-dead-what-do-I-do

Hi, yes I did, also tried when it was plugged to power source.

You could try moving the camera close to the base station, say 4ft with it plugged in.

If you’re getting wifi interference it can cause your camera to loose connection and hence rapidly drain the battery.

Hi Dannybear,
The battery was not draining fast, all was good untill I didn’t replace quick enough with new pack. Now I can’t even get it to even start the syncing process.

Can you check the firmware version of your other cameras to see if they were updated recently.
If they were then it’s possible that the problem camera’s battery died mid update so this could be the reason the camera is bricked.
Check the firmware release notes on this forum, the latest update was from the 3rd October.
