Hi,
This has been occurring over and over. Everything worked fine for a few months.
Now it happens where all four cameras and the base station disappear from the iOS app. I checked the web portal and they were gone from there as well.
It seems that I will set them up and they will all disappear the next day.
I’m running the app on an iPhone 12 Pro.
My mother has the same set up but with two cameras. I never have an issue with checking her cameras. It is a different account but I am using the same phone - just log into the other account.
I can’t figure out why everything gets deleted/removed.
Thanks,
John

Hi,
So I updated the iOS. I added one camera. It said to change the batteries. I left it for a few days and the base station and camera were still there.
Yesterday I added two more cameras. I replaced the batteries in the other camera this morning.
So, I had 3 of the 4 cameras up.
I was deleted about 45-50 recordings about 10 minutes ago; when I had finished deleting the pictures, the 3 cameras and the base station were gone.
There is obviously something going on with our equipment. As I mentioned in my first post my mother has the same set up with 2 cameras and this has never happened. I am always able to access her cameras from my iPhone without trouble and before any iOS update.
Help please.
John

Can you try iOS 15.1 that was just released yesterday. Also, please make sure you have the latest version of the Arlo app 3.5.8 installed on your phone.

Hi,
I am downloading the update now. I had and have the latest Arlo app version.
This just started happening a couple of months ago. Set everything up and in a day or two everything disappears (including if I login from a windows laptop). Like I said, I don’t understand why I have had no trouble accessing my mother’s cameras.
BTW, my wife’s iPhone has exactly the same issue; they are both iPhone 12 Pro.
Thanks,
John
