I have random 11 second “recordings” in library but never launches and shows spinning icon

For the last few weeks I randomly have videos in my library that have thumbnail images and are listed as being 11 seconds long, but when selected I get a never ending spinning downloading icon, and the videos never launch. This randomly happens on all 5 of my pro2 cameras. Does anyone else see this problem?

What App are you using?
Have you tried using the web portal?
If you have iOS it will usually give a cocoa -1 error, chrome should download it. Play with VLC as audio header is incorrect.
