When using the web portal:
I have some cameras that report the wrong battery life compared to the mobile app.
I have some that report they are offline compared to mobile app.
I have had 2 incidents where I was clearly looking at another family. (This camera was definitely not one of mine, nice house BTW).
All hardware is up to date.
Tried different browsers / cleared data, etc.

I can’t say I have seen other peoples cameras using my account but have seen a few previous posts reporting similar.
I suspect that they could be something related to the web portal issues that have been around for several months with battery status, camera function status etc.
