I bought a Arlo Pro 2 set up with 3 cameras and I bought an extra Arlo Pro 2 camera for a total of 4 cameras. I just bought a set of iTODOS solar chargers for the Arlo Pro and Pro 2 cameras. The solar chargers work for 3 of the cameras but not the 4th. I know it is not the solar charger because it works on another camera but not with this one. On my Arlo app when I go to that camera and go to device settings it says "Unable to charge battery. Connect a compatible Arlo Charger to the device to charge."
Now I know the solar chargers work because they work for the other Pro 2 cameras I have but not this one where this comment is said in this cameras device settings. What can I do to have this camera recognize this solar charger??

The solar panels are not the same as the AC chargers so will not deep charge the camera battery they only float charge them which can take up to a week depending on camera operational usage and sunlight exposure etc.
You could try deep charging the camera battery using the arlo charger then attach the solar panel.

So to clarify, you have 4 pro2 cameras and attached four solar panels but one problem pro2 camera will not charge its battery while the solar panel is plugged in, correct? This is correct.
The weird thing is the error message saying it's not the right solar charger for the camera; when I know it is the correct solar charger for the camera because the other 3 are charging correctly. All same solar chargers and all the same Pro 2 cameras only this one doesn't work.
I did try charging the battery by putting the battery on a charger and then putting in the camera but still get the same error message for the camera on my app.

The only other thing might be the battery, or the solar panel it’s self.

Note as far as Arlo is concerned, it's not the right solar panel. They only support the Arlo solar panel.
Have you tried connecting the camera to one of the other panels?

I have switched solar panels with this camera and although I haven't seen it say it was charging yet it has been a bit cloudy. I am hoping for a couple consecutive sunny days.
