Hello,

I have a new iPhone and I can not connect to the VMB3500 base when trying to add in new device, Arlo already made sure to mention I am not entitle to their support. I hope by reaching out that some one may have had this issue and will be able to help.

Is the issue that you’re unable to login to the arlo mobile app with the new iPhone or that you have logged in to the app but unable to install the arlo equipment?

If you’re trying to login, firstly access your arlo account using a pc web browser connected to your local network and configure the arlo 2FA to trust your new iPhone then set it as the primary device to receive future 2FA requests if desired.

If you’re trying to add the equipment into your new account, ensure that the equipment has been removed from the previous account before adding. I.e. you can use the old arlo account on any mobile device if you have the credentials.

@BKalis: I'm wondering that also.  You should be using the same username/password for the app as you used on your old phone.  Then you should be seeing your cameras and base w/o using "add device".
