I cannot upgrade my subscription to get the CVR. I just bought the Arlo Pro 2, I am in Thailand.

I cannot using both application and Safari to subscribe for CVR for my Arlo Pro 2. I live in Thailand and just purchased the product and decide to go for 24/7 record. Please suggest.
