I cannot seem to pair my 2 cameras with the smarthub VMB4540

I cannot seem to pair my 2 cameras with the smarthub -- I have tried several times to install - uninstall with the same results -- I must be missing something. The latest question is that it says my 64 gig thumb drive needs to be re-formatted - which I have.  Any suggestions ??

It shouldn't matter but what model hub or base station do you have? Have you tried the manual method of syncing the cameras by briefly pressing the base sync button - don't hold it - and then a camera's button? It may be useful to uninstall the hub/base and claim it again (not sure if your "install-uninstall" comment means you have)?

How did you format the USB drive - with the hub/base or with a computer? The format needs to be FAT32, not exFAT or anythinng else.
