Today I noticed that I can no longer log into my Arlo video and device overiew from more than one device at a time. E.g. when I have the iPhone open and I am logging in from my computer then the App throws me out because of the second login. The same happens the other way around. This is a new "feature" ....

Is there any good explanation for this or is this simply a downgrade of functionality of an expensive product after bying it?

Also my the Arlo iPhone App shows the email address of support.arlo.com in the "Help" tap but when I try to send an email to this address I get a bounce back saying I am not on the allowed list of senders ...... ????

The primary account holder can ONLY be actively logged in on one device.

It has always been this way.

does not happen if app is asleep in background and you sign in on another
