Hi All,
One of my Arlo Pro 2 cameras has stopped recording on motion. It records on sound occassionaly, and I can view it via a Live Stream, but it refuses to record on motion. Its extremely frustrating as I've just found out it hasn't recorded on motion for the last 6 days. I've reset the base station, but still no luck.
The camera is not easy to access as its high up on a wall and needs a ladder to access it so I cannot access the camera for the time being.
Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Arm the camera and Verify that the "running man" is black ( live view screen ).
If the man is grayed, then chenck the mode you are using to arm as it is inccorrect.
If the man is is black, check the sense level in the mode
( last fix would be to use remove device and bring back camera as new to rebuild modes )
