My base and cameras will not link to my app but will link to my husbands app on the same account. I’ve reset the base and deleted everything. Now nothing will connect now.

The base can only be connected to one account. It sounds like it's connected to your husband's account. Grab your husband's phone and go Settings > Grant Access and grant access (with access rights) to your account
