How to provide our tax exempt certificate to not be charge tax on our monthly subscription?

Hello, We are a Non-Profit and have installed 8 of your cameras around our facility. They work great! Our question is how do we go about provided our tax exempt certificate to not be charge tax on our monthly subscription?
