How to mount Arlo Pro 2 wall mount onto wall with plastic anchors and screw? Need to drill hole?

Can someone tell me how  to mount onto the wall with the plastic anchors and screw? Need to drill a small hole with the same size with the plastic anchors? Then?

How To Put Anchors Into Walls

1. Mark your hanging point with a pencil.
2. Take a nail-set, awl, or nail and with a hammer tap a “pilot hole” into the wall.
3. DO NOT make the hole wider than the anchor.
4. Place the anchor over the hole and firmly tap it in until it's flush with the wall

Or

 Use 3 M command type strips or auto molding tape and just stick the half circle onto tape
