How to enhance video? Cannot read number plate from vehicle

Does anyone know where or how we can get the video enhanced? I have 4 videos of a vehicle breaking into my yard to steal a trailer but I can’t read the number plate. It’s very frustrating! Barry

Yes, theft has been reported, still photos have been supplied and videos will be taken to police tomorrow for them to do with as they like. Sunday here now so police are low profile today.
