My Arlo pro 2 has stopped detecting motion after 2 months of usage. Their customer support is based in India and they are very hard to understand. Called support and they gave me a million of troubleshooting steps which ive tried already. Then they need my credit card number to pay return shipping. I asked if they could prepay shipping for the return of the camera and once they receive my camera they can ship me a new one because that seems reasonable. They would not return my broken camera without having my credit card number. DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO REACH ANY ARLO SUPPORT LOCATED IN THE USA? I have a junk camera that is warrantied and no way to replace it because someone overseas wants my card number.
