The tech I spoke with today promised to send me a link to explain how I can allow someone else to use their email address and a new password so they can access the app at the same time as I can.

Seems to be the norm, so far, but they neglected to do that - SO - what is that link, please?

Also, how do you use email to contact support. I've clicked on it and it doesn't work??
Is there an e-mail address?
