how do i find out what's in a firmware update?

I'm getting a message to upgrade to 1.125.15.0_325_1191. Like everything Arlo seems to be, I don't get a choice, and they don't explain what's in the update. I no longer trust upgrading anything because of the 2FA debacle. Does anyone know how I can find out what's in the update?

The updates usually just say bug fixes. But the latest for 4500 was released recently and is not close to your number it ends with 9687 unless a new one is not posted yet but they usually update once a month. Not sure if it is a camera F/W update but I haven't seen them post that at all for a base dependent cam.
