I can guarantee that I will never buy another Arlo if I can't talk to a real person. Why is it so difficult to get a real question answered?

I can’t say I have had a good response from arlo either which is why I no longer bother.

They do have a knowledge base on the support web site accessible from the link at the bottom of the forum’s page.

There’s a few users about that can assist with questions at least technical but are limited to arlo official responses obviously.

So suggest you put it out there if not already.
