How To View Cameras With Shared Access?

I am sharing an Arlo Pro 2 system with my husband. He has set up and synced his devices and registered me to share the system but each time I try and sync with the base station it times out. How do I sync with the base station and system as a shared user?

If you have been granted access by the primary holder, you just log into the app with your email/pw that you set up.... No need to sync with the base as the base only talks to the cameras anyway
