Purchased an Arlo Pro 2 camera system, not getting any Push Notifications on iOS which is an issue. Called Arlo Customer Service several times, spent 2 hours over the phone to resolve nothing. Everytime my Support ticket got "closed" without any solution and follow up. Customer Support out of the Philippines has been totally useless and also hard to understand. Requested to speak with someone at Arlo / Netgear in the US. They claimed this was as far as it would go. I was told someone would call me back, no one ever did. Anyone know how to contact Arlo / Netgear in the US ?

You may want to check and see if live chat is available... it is when there is someone available ( mostly days )

And if you have an open ticket, don't just let it sit there and automatically close. Every couple of days respond to the case to keep it open.
