I have removed a person I provided access to and although the contact is no longer in the grant access app, they still receive activations.  Has anyone had similar issues and if so how they corrected the issue.

If using an app, remove and then reinstall

Better yet, have the person that was removed from access uninstall the app - no way notifications can happen then.

Thank you for responding.  I have requested they remove the app and when completed will test it.

Hello @TomMac and @jguerdat Unfortunately, no luck.  My colleague (just returned from leave) removed the app from his smart phone (and checked all other devices) but activations are still copied to him.  I have double checked that I have removed him as being granted access.  Unsure where to go from here.

Strange... a fail proof but PIA method would be to remove cameras and then base ( remove device )and reset the base.

Then start all over with the system as if new ( claim base, resync cams , etc )

While your at it, even use a new email/pw for security

Thanks, appreciate your help.  I will be away for a few days and will look into it on my return.
