Where To Get Parts For My Camera?

is there any way to get spare parts for camera or send in for repair. And is there any contact to speak with any one that actually understands english not just speaks it?

I need the part which screws into the bottom of my camera and screws into the element which attaches the camera to the exterior of the house or a tree. I cannot screw it down enough to prevent the camera from moving. It is stripped. Where can I aquire?
