Hi guys,
I already bought a VMB4000 Arlo Pro 2 system (base + 4 cams). I wish to activate CVR, but cant see in the app or the web the timeline and options (like clips, audios or continous).
When check subscritions, apparently i already have weekly, CVR plan basic for free 24/7 as image shown (arlo subscription, image) but seeing details i saw 0 CVR cam (arlo subs with 0 CVR, image).
please help, thanks in advance

I'm not exactly sure what you're describing but go to Settings, Manage Camera Status. You may need to move a camera into the activation section so it starts working. To view CVR, use the clock-looking icon above the specifi camera in the Devices tab.

Hello,
I can go where you say, and see all cameras already active.
I can see the "timeline" icon in the interfase but cant use timeline feature.
My basic plan said 5 compatible, 3 active cameras, 0 CVR.
Apreciate any help.
Thanls in advance

It's not that the cameras are active, it's that you need to drag and drop at least one camera to the CVR area below the listed cameras.
