I got the Arlo Pro 2 because I liked the Arlo Q so much. They're all live but I don't see any files from the new cameras, only the Arlo Q in the file library even though I have it set to record. How to fix?

Is it mandatory to set an activity zone for this wireless version unlike the Arlo Q? Is that why it won't record motion?

Is it possible that you have a filter set in the library, peraps because you've been clicking on the numbered circle above the Q in the Devices tab? In the library, click on the funnel icon and reset it (be sure to save the new setting). The icon should look empty.

thanks...it was turned off!...why? so i turned on the video setting under the "Funnel" aand lets see it is working now...hold on...NO! after resetting the power line to Arlo router and all that above mentioned...Im getting orange banner saying "Arlo service is not available at this time!" what am i paying for?
