Good morning,

With the old software, 24/7 recording was simple.

Since I have the new software, it offers me the beaches 8am - 8pm or sunrise and sunset and from Monday to Friday.

I can't activate a 24-24 / 7-7.

Can you explain to me how to do it because I would like to buy the Essential doorbell with battery-powered chime and two internal Essential 2K cameras with wired and if the problem cannot be solved, I would see at Reolink while I have been an "arloman" since 2018.

Just put the system into "Arm Away" or "Arm Home" by pressing the mode on the dashboard screen.

Also, try to make a manual recording while livestreaming each camera, just to make sure it is recording ok.
