I called Technical for help. They asked all kind the question and trying to pull out the file??? after all they said they did not see my name in the file???
The question is simple. "I have five cameras and one of them is offline", but they don't want to anser it. Lol, if this is the kind of help from technical service, then they better close their business

Typically, you need a subscription to get help. They were likely looking for that sub.
Your cameras appear to be legacy ones which are no longer supported, like many other old electronic devices. You can always ask your questions here where users and/or Arlo moderators may be able to help you out.
Have you charged the battery? Have you tried removing the camera from your account and adding it back?
