Hi guys and gals,

 

I've been waiting over 2 weeks for a response to my case 41360953 with no information.  Chat won't connect and I never get through to a live person to discuss it with - camera activity detection has essentially gone to crap on a few of my cameras.  We are blessed with a neighbor that loves to be part of our everyday lives, so I want to make sure she's not trespassing.  The specific Arlo Pro 2 camera is missing activity in the center of the frame.  It will pick up a person walking their dog, but it will miss a car pulling out of the driveway.  I don't get how inconsistent the cameras are, it's so frustrating.  

 

I do not have activity areas, and all cameras are at 100%.  Any ideas?
