Have one camera that is passing motion detection test but stops recording to the cloud

I have one camera that is passing the motion detection test and might work a few times after restarting (or removing and re-syncing device to base station). But then it stops recording or uploading any videos to the cloud. This seems to be a recent issue, and all my firmware says its up to date.

Hi yy27,

 

Are you able to view the recordings from your library through the web client on your computer? Have you also tried removing and re-inserting the battery from your camera to see if that helps too?
