I know there are numerous request but I have never made any progress. You get sent into a loop of no answers.

Parts aren't available. You'd need to buy a dead camera for parts.

How nice of you to let them off the hook for poor quality. I’ve lost service on three of 4 cameras due to this problem. These cameras are not the least expensive on the market and should last longer than 1 year. If I have to buy my own ribbon cable from Amazon to repair them I will.
but I will make it my mission to let every review site know the problem exist and what to expect from Arlo.

I'm not letting anyone off the hook, including you. I've had a variety of these cameras since almost the beginning of Arlo and have never had a ribbon cable get damaged. While that can be plain dumb luck, the fact that you've managed to destroy multiple ones leads to the conclusion that you're man-handling them, causing your own issues. Blaming any manufacturer for mishandling of the product is poor form.
