Green grass pixillating

Recently I notice my 5 Pro 2 cameras that are pointed toward green grass areas have a pulsating blocky pixillation (where grass is in the image). Very far from 1080p quality. Anyone else notice this? Video quality is set to “best” in settings for each camera. Fast internet speeds, strong WiFi signals (full bars in Arlo app for each camera)

The compression can be strong enough to cause this sort of artifact. I'd personally like to have a compression level control but that doesn't appear to be in the offing.
