Pro and Pro 2 when viewing all cameras the video goes blank

I currently have a Pro, it is able to view 5 cameras without a cubscription, It came with 3 cameras, was working at that time, purchased a pro 2 to add to system, everything slowed down, picture skips and goes blank, I recently purchased a 6th camera and upgraded my subscription to have 10 cameras,

I installed the 6th camera, now when viewing all the cameras breeze, the video goes blank, I sometimes have to turn off and on the camera, that doesnt help much,

I have unstalled and reinstalled cameras, no luck, I have rebooted the modem several times, no luck, I have even uninstalled everything and reinstalled, no luck, up until the 3 cameras I was very happy with the system, I am not happy with the problems, i checked the community board, nothing helped,

not sure were to go with this at this time, I dont wish to purchase a different brand, I would like to keep this as long as I can this problem resolved, This was purchased in November and since then I have purchased several accessories including 3 additional cameras,all from Amazon.

Can I get some assistance of sorts or recommendations to resolve this problem, Thank you

It's not your subscription that can cause this although the timing is odd. It may be fastest to reset and start fresh.  If you do this, note all your settings, modes and rules as well as the schedule if you use it to help speed the rebuild process.

 

Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices. Use the Add Device button on the Devices tab to claim the base. Sync your cameras. Rebuild your settings and modes/rules.  While it's a PITA to do this, it can dramatically cut down the troubleshooting process and return to a properly working system.
