Grant Access - adding cameras continues to spin and then says it can't find any device

I setup a grant access link for my husband which he received via email. He followed the prompts, creating an account, and tried adding the device (I've already setup access to the Hub and cameras on the app under his grant access request), but it just continues to spin and then says it can't find any device. Not sure what else to do. The cameras are working fine as I can see everything.

The step is wrong. The cameras are your account, he cannot add them to his.
Usually this problem happens when the invite is accepted on the phone. Have him try again on a PC. Clicking on "Create account" in the invite will open the browser to my.arlo.com. From there, he just logs into his existing account.
That should complete the invite process, so he should see the cameras from the browser and also from the phone.
