Got Arlo Pro 2 and found out you have to pay for 3 second look back? Can anyone confirm?

I just got arlo pro 2 and found out you now have to pay for 3 second look back.  Policy updated Jan 28, 2020.  Can anyone confirm?  I am in canada.  I thought it was just plug in camera.

For the Arlo Pro 2 camera, you are not required to have an Arlo Smart subscription to use the Arlo Foresight feature. You can refer to this article for more details: How does the Foresight feature work on my Arlo camera?
