Got Arlo Pro 2 Base connected to app but somehow got deleted. Can't connect and flashes amber.

Just got my Arlo pro 2 (Vms4430p) base connected to app right away but some how it got deleted. Now base won’t connect to app at all led just flashes amber color. I’ve done all the troubleshooting I can find.
