New Arlo App not playing library video on Andriod

I have had Arlo for years now without issue. However, recently I was fixed to download a new Arlo app as the old was was relabeled legacy and being phased out.

The issue is that whether on wifi or cell I can't get any library clips to play since switch over. They try, with the spinning icon, but nothing. Live works.

Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the new app?
