Got 2 systems in 2 different houses. Only see 3 when I have 9 available as grant access?

Hi ive got two house one has 5 cam system and the other has a 4 camera system which i grant access to my home system.. so i should be able to view all 9 on my account. but i can only see 3 on my second house. I have checked and all 4 cameras are ticked to grant access ? any idea?

since you confirmed the shared cameras are toggled to share, have you tried to reboot the bases ?

allow 2 mins for the base to come fully online.
