Arlo pro 2 camera issue - every month needs to be unpluged / battery out to fix it

I bought Arlo Pro 2 camera and since I bought it I have been facing issues with camera it is mounted in front of my house with power plugged in but every month or so it stops recording and needs to be unplugged battery out and put it back it , I called Arlo customer service and I think they have outsourced as well to Philippines and lady didn't understand not once or twice many times it happened to be so I gave up
