Getting phantom notifications and camera descriptions rules are showing blank?

Did latest update the other day now I get phantom notifications i.e notification by noise but no actual activity plus on the rules all the camera descriptions are blank with only the pencil icon showing to the right. Why do Arlo continually do updates that cause more issues than they fix! Was running perfectly until this latest update.

And it's running just fine here so it's likely a local issue. Have you rebooted your base and phone and reinstalled the app?
