Getting alerts from Arlo Pro 2 cameras but no videos sometimes. Tried removing and reinstalling.

I’ve had an Arlo 2 for quite a while. Now I get alerts for the cameras but there’s no video sometimes. I removed all the cameras and base station and reinstalled everything. Still same issue.

What phone device are you using? Is this happening on the web client on your computer? Make sure you don't have any filters enabled from your library.
