Geofencing in away mode randomly sets mode instead of those I choose (Arlo Pro 2)

So I have geofencing set to use a custom mode in away and schedule at home.

But while I'm in away mode geofencing, it sometimes switches to disarm, or armed mode instead of the custom mode I made randomly whenever i close the arlo app or switch to a different screen.

Any idea what's going on and when this will be fixed?

My geofencing and schedule has not worked since may. Along with the motion detection and battery drain issue.
