Green internet LED but Base Station showing off line

The serial number is in the model number slot, my device shows off line, but the internet light is solid green.  I have replace the cable, it is hard wired into a wifi extender that is broadcasting a signal.  I attempt to sync cameras to the device but no luck.  Tips please

It would appear to be a display issue. Try both the app and a browser. Log out and back in. Restart the phone.
