after pairing with exho show library not showing all recordings

The cameras are constantly plugged in. Untill I paired it with Alexa echo show, I could see a full month's motion recordings in the library. (I have the Basic plan). Now I only get 4 or 5 a day. Some days that are none. I checked and none of the settings have been changed. Echo Show will show me real time.

If you have the Basic subscription plan, recordings will remain in the library for up to a maximum of 7 days. After they reach 7 days, they will automatically be deleted.
