Bought my system not to long ago and then right after a firmware update one of my cameras stops working. Customer service didn't want to help me at all, didn't want to replace or even fix my camera.

If you’re outside warranty you’re out of luck. If you have subscription your entitled to support via the app unless you removed the camera from your account.
What evidence do you have that it was related to a firmware update?
One of the moderators here might be able to assist with your case although getting a replacement pro2 might be a drawn out process as they are a discontinued product.
