Feedback on Arlo services - cloud storage specifically

I attempted to provide feedback directly to Arlo, but it seems they have made it so difficult to have direct contact, I am limited to posting on this forum.  I have been an arlo customer for several years now.  It was so long ago, the cloud storage was free!!!  I was a bit disappointed when they ended the free cloud storage, but decided the cost and effort to switch to a different provider was not worth it.  In addition, it seemed most other providers were also charging for cloud storage.  Now fast forward just a few short years, and my cloud storage is almost doubling to 19.00/month!!  Unless of course I want to prepay for the storage for a year...  So my message to Arlo, if you even care, sorry - you have raised your prices beyond the threshold I previously felt was fair and justified.    For perspective, Dropbox cloud storage for 2 TB of data is only 9.99/month.  The remainder of your customers may not feel as I do, but I will be switching to a different platform.  Best regards, Jeff

You are aware that arlo still supports the 7days free cloud storage service for pro2 and earlier model legacy cameras?

I have an Arlo Pro 2 system and I recently lost recording.  EOL FAQs says I should still have it, but can’t get support.  Bots go round and round and say I am not eligible to speak to support.

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming one of the cameras?

Yes.  I just tried and it is in our library.

I unplugged and restarted, made some adjustments and it seems to be working.  🤷🏻‍♀️. It was a frustrating morning.  Hopefully set for now.  Thanks.
